Law on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination (No. 2391-II)

Pursuant to the law, the Public Defender of Georgia, along with common courts represents a legal mechanism for the protection of equality. People who believe that they were subjected to discrimination on any protected ground in any area of public life, have the opportunity to apply to the court or the Public Defender of Georgia against public agencies and physical or legal entities of private law.
